First Steps-
At InnerWeave Psychology, upon receiving a call or an email from you, we will schedule a free introductory call. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about our practice and share a bit about what has been going on for you and what kind of help you’re looking for.
This initial consultation is specifically designed to help you find the best therapist for your specific situation. We will also give you recommendations for addressing your mental health concerns.
Beginning Psychotherapy-
When you begin psychotherapy, you can expect to be asked questions about your health history, mental health, and lifestyle. Your therapist may recommend certain assessments like questionnaires or tests to gain a better understanding of your needs. During each session, you and your therapist will work together to discuss your goals and create an individualized treatment plan. You can also expect to practice certain skills and activities outside of the office to support your progress. Ultimately, psychotherapy is a collaborative effort between you and your therapist to help you reach your goals.
